Service content and scope
VPNDI provides cross-border network acceleration and international route subscription services, covering 120+ countries / 160+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Through the user panel, users can access client entry points, subscription configurations, and route information matched to their current subscription.
The service is designed to optimize network paths and improve connection quality when accessing international websites. Actual performance is affected by the user’s local network, device environment, target service status, route maintenance, and third-party platform rules. VPNDI does not control third-party websites or applications and does not guarantee that any third-party content, regional feature, or account service will always be available.
Account and subscription use
No email address is required to register; set a username and password to get started. Users must protect their login credentials, subscription configuration, and client access permissions, and are responsible for activity carried out under their account. If credentials may have been exposed or a subscription behaves unexpectedly, change the password promptly and submit a ticket through the user panel.
Subscriptions support use on unlimited devices, but only by the account holder and devices they personally manage. Accounts, subscription configurations, and route access permissions may not be resold, rented, publicly posted, or shared with unrelated people. Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date; when upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated over the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Users should use network resources reasonably within the traffic allowance of their selected plan.
Lawful use requirements
Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where they are located and where the target service is located, as well as the rules of the websites, applications, and content platforms they access. The service must not be used for unlawful activities, infringement of others’ lawful rights, distribution of illegal content, malicious network requests, disruption of system operations, or unauthorized access to another person’s system.
Users are responsible for determining whether a specific access activity is lawful and compliant. VPNDI provides network connectivity and route services; it does not create, store, or trade the content users access, nor does providing connectivity imply approval of information published by users or third parties.
Service availability and liability
To maintain route quality and system security, VPNDI may perform maintenance, adjust routes, update client entry points, or change technical configurations. Some features may be temporarily limited during maintenance. Connection speed and availability may change because of carrier failures, device configuration issues, third-party service changes, network congestion, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, users are responsible for access interruptions, data loss, and indirect losses caused by their devices, incorrect configurations, third-party platform rules, external network conditions, or uncontrollable events. Users should keep independent backups of important materials and confirm how to restore settings before changing system network configurations.
Account suspension and termination
If a user violates these terms, resells or publicly shares a subscription, maliciously consumes network resources, threatens service security, interferes with other users’ normal connections, or uses the service for unlawful activities, VPNDI may restrict relevant routes, suspend the account, or terminate the service according to the level of risk. Before or after taking action, the system may display necessary details through the user panel.
If a user believes a restriction was applied in error, they may submit a ticket through the user panel with information related to the subscription and the issue. VPNDI will review the matter based on account records, resource usage, and these terms. Account termination does not affect responsibilities and obligations that arose before termination.
Policy changes and refund guidance
VPNDI may update these terms in response to service adjustments, technical changes, or compliance requirements. Updated content will be published on this page, along with a revised last-updated date. Material changes affecting user rights or obligations will be clearly announced on the website or through the user panel; continued use after the changes take effect means that you accept the updated terms.
Refund conditions and the application process are governed by the Refund Policy. A full, no-questions-asked refund may be requested within 7 days of the first payment.
