Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data VPNDI handles when providing cross-border network acceleration and subscription services, why it is handled, and how users can manage it.
Last updated: September 2026
Data Collection and Use
VPNDI handles data only to the extent necessary. No email address is required for registration: users can create an account with a username and password, so this service does not require or collect a registration email address. The system stores the username, securely processed login credentials, subscription status, and necessary account settings to authenticate users, provide subscription services, restore account service status, and prevent unauthorized access.
After a user places an order, the system stores related records, including the selected plan, order status, payment method, payment result, refund status, and necessary transaction identifiers. This information is used to confirm service delivery, handle billing disputes, apply the refund policy, reconcile finances, and meet applicable compliance requirements. VPNDI supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Actual payment credentials are handled by the relevant payment service, and VPNDI does not store the complete account credentials submitted to that service during payment.
The website may collect analytics such as pages visited, referring pages, browser type, device category, language settings, and functional errors. This data is used to check whether pages work properly, fix compatibility issues, and improve content structure. It is not used to build a profile of the international websites a user visits.
No Logs and Connection Data
VPNDI follows a no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users visit, store network request content, browsing content, search content, or communications, or build user profiles from such content. Data that must be processed during network transmission is used only to deliver the current connection to its destination and is not retained as browsing history.
To maintain connections, assign routes, and troubleshoot immediate issues, the system may temporarily process necessary session states and technical error information during a connection. Temporary connection state is no longer retained after a normal session ends. If the system detects an abnormal request, security incident, service abuse, or a fault requiring attention, the minimum necessary technical records may be retained during an investigation and deleted or de-identified once the purpose is complete. VPNDI does not use connection records for targeted advertising or sell them to data brokers.
Cookies and Local Storage
The website and user panel use cookies or browser local storage to save login status, language preferences, interface settings, and necessary security states. These items keep sessions continuous, restore user choices, and support panel functions. If necessary storage is disabled, login, ordering, plan management, or client downloads may not work properly.
Login information in local storage is managed by the current browser. Users can remove it by signing out, clearing site data, or using the privacy settings provided by their browser. After clearing this data, users may need to log in again, and interface settings that have not been submitted may be reset.
Payment Processing and Data Retention
Payments may be completed through third-party payment services. When a user submits a payment, the relevant service handles transaction information under its own rules. VPNDI receives only the payment result and transaction identifier needed to confirm the order, and uses this information only as necessary for orders, refunds, reconciliation, disputes, and applicable compliance matters. Users should also review the privacy information provided by their chosen payment service.
Account data is generally retained while the account remains in use. Order and refund records are retained while needed to complete transactions, handle disputes, and meet necessary financial or compliance obligations. Analytics and fault information are retained only as long as needed for analysis, maintenance, and security. Once the purpose is complete, data is deleted, aggregated, or de-identified. Residual data in backups is gradually removed through normal backup rotation and is not used for routine business operations.
Data Management and Policy Updates
Users can log in to the panel to view account and order information. To correct account data, close an account, delete eligible data, or ask about specific processing activities, users can submit a ticket through the user panel. VPNDI will verify the request's connection to the account and determine what can be carried out based on service delivery, transaction disputes, security requirements, and applicable obligations. Information that must be retained by law or to complete an outstanding order will be deleted after the necessary retention period ends.
This privacy policy may be revised when features change, data processing practices are updated, or applicable rules change. The revised text will be published on this page, and the last-updated month at the top will be changed. If a change materially affects user rights or the way data is used, VPNDI will provide appropriate notice through the website or user panel. Users should read the policy in effect before continuing to use the service.
